Chinese Association of Zoological Gardens was held at Guangzhou Zoo

       On May 11, 2016, 35 teachers and students enrolled in 2004 majoring in biotechnology and 85 teachers and students majoring in bioscience from theSchool of Life Science, Guangzhou University carried out teaching practice at Guangzhou Zoo from which docents guided students to typical animal spots for tourism and explained biological characteristics of various animals with combination of college course teaching. Actually, Guangzhou University organizes relevant teaching practice at Guangzhou Zoo every year so as to make full use of it which serves as the teaching practice base for universities and colleges in Guangzhou. Consequently, Guangzhou Zoo provides abundant outdoor teaching resources for such courses as life science, ecological teaching and environmental education.
